Luxury Condos For Sale in The Dunes
The residences in Dunes I, II, and III feature nine-foot ceilings and eight foot interior doors and screened balconies. Four different three-bedroom floor plans make up the seven residences on each floor. Unit 4 is unique unto itself at the center of the building and has 1,950 square feet under air. The largest residences are the 90 units in the Grand Excelsior. These three-bedroom homes all have outdoor grills on their spacious lanais and private elevators. Antigua, Barbados, and Cayman each have a private pool and spa areas, complete with gas grills on the pool deck. Every residence has one deeded parking space. Residents have access to the elegant Plantation Club located on a sparkling lake, at the front and center of the towers.
The focal point of the Plantation Club is a palm-lined, lagoon-style pool with several waterfalls that add to the relaxing atmosphere. Residents are pampered at the Plantation Club with attendants on hand to respond to their needs, whether it be a cold beverage or towel, whenever the resident raises the service flag at his or her lounge chair.
The club includes a fitness center and spa where workouts, fitness classes, personal trainers and spa treatments are available. Six tennis courts, five Har-Tru and one hard court, are lighted for evening use. Residents enjoy Monthly Twilight Socials at the courts that include tennis, food, and other activities.
