OUR COMMITMENT TO ACCESSIBILITY

WEBSITE TECHNOLOGY PROVIDER
The underlying code, architecture, and technical infrastructure of this Site are developed and maintained by a third-party website technology provider. Land & Sea International Realty does not have direct access to or unilateral control over all aspects of the Site’s source code and technical framework. Accordingly, certain accessibility modifications, updates, or remediation efforts may require coordination with our website technology provider.
Land & Sea International Realty works collaboratively with its website technology provider to promote accessibility compliance across the Site and to address identified accessibility barriers in a timely manner. When accessibility issues are reported to Land & Sea International Realty that require technical remediation beyond our direct control, we will promptly engage our website technology provider to evaluate and implement the necessary changes. Land & Sea International Realty remains ultimately responsible for ensuring that accessibility concerns reported by users are addressed and that alternative means of access are provided during any remediation period.

ACCESSIBILITY GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
