Fiddler's Creek Resales

If you're just looking at Fiddler's Creek for the first time on the internet, we'd expect you to think that it was simply another new development sprouting up with the usual track homes jammed in on top of one another. It's far from it.  First, it didn't just spring up.  Ground first broke here in 1998 and construction is planned to finish up around 2020.  As far as jamming houses in the neighborhood goes, we have a density of one Naples golf course home per 1.6 acre.  

Fiddler's Creek Resale Market

Fiddler's Creek is enormous.  Ultimately, it will contain over 100 distinctly unique villages.  Already, the resale market here is vibrant.  The architecture here is timeless, so you can't really tell the difference between the new properties and the resales. The new construction here is fabulous but the variety of homes and condos among the resales is just incredible.  From vast golf course estates to efficient golf condos, there is a Fiddler's Creek property for everyone.
