Condos in the Marquesa range in size from 2,500 to approximately 3,700 square feet. The Salerno and the Toscana are each 19 stories tall, featuring 69 and 65 residences, respectively, with individual units averaging 2,500 to 2,600 square feet.

Luxury villas are located in Villa La Palma, which features 22 Mediterranean-style detached villas from 3,600 sq ft to 4,600 sq ft, and Vizcaya, Bay Colony’s oldest development with 58 detached luxury villas from 2,700 sq ft to 4,200 sq ft in a distinctive, old world-styled neighborhood.
Bay Colony's estate homes are shared between three communities. Bay Colony Shores (north of the main entrance) features homes from 3,300 sq ft to 10,700 sq ft.
