The ultimate escape. A quiet, white sand beach. A panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Somerset’s property is unique in that it the building and the property are symmetrical from north to south. So, when the put a tennis court on the southeast corner of the property, they also put one on the northeast corner. It could have been in the opposite sequence, but it doesn’t matter. There is one at each corner. Then there is the stately 10-story, symmetrical building that contains 122 condos. Just off the northwest corner of the building, overlooking the beach is a heated swimming pool. If, by now, you have figured out that, to be symmetrical, there has to be a second pool, you would be right! There is a second, heated pool on the southwest corner. This could just possibly be the perfect place for a Marco Island vacation.
Somerset features direct beach access – you guessed it – from both ends of the condo building. The property also has bike and jogging paths so that you take your morning constitutional and your evening stroll and stay within the comfortable confines of this subtropical paradise.
Whether you want to vacation for a week or you are thinking of investing in a condo unit or two, Somerset has an advantage over most of the other high-rise beach condos in that the minimum rental period is one week. The advantage is obvious for vacationers, many of whom may have only one week at a time for a vacation. For investors, it presents an opportunity to keep the units rented on a consistent basis.
With floor plans up to 1,700 square feet, there is plenty of relaxation available, whether you choose a two or three bedroom unit.
