Just off the northwest corner of the building, overlooking the beach is a heated swimming pool. If, by now, you have figured out that, to be symmetrical, there has to be a second pool, you would be right! There is a second, heated pool on the southwest corner. The advantage is obvious for vacationers, many of whom may have only one week at a time for a vacation. For investors, it presents an opportunity to keep the units rented on a consistent basis.
