Built in 1969 at 190 North Collier Boulevard, these low-rise condos have two floors with a total of 270 units. Each condo group is unique within itself, but the amenities are common to all three.

All three sections of Seabreeze have their own flavor. Seabreeze South units are stucco with tile roofs and are surrounded by palm trees and other tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is enormous. There is even a shuffleboard area for a relaxing game with family and friends.

Maintenance fees and taxes at Seabreeze South are downright cheap. So, if you choose to rent your unit out, your expenses are covered by one month's rental income. Not bad, huh?

Seabreeze West

Sea breeze West has a Hawaiian vibe. Along with the Marriott which was originally the Mackles brothers' flagship hotel when they developed Marco, Seabreeze West was modeled after Hawaiian architecture. The atmosphere is further enhanced by the large, lush trees that envelope the property. You will feel like you should be wearing a grass skirt when you lounge by the pool.

Seabreeze West is directly across the street from one of our favorite restaurants on the island, Joey's Italian. Grab a beer and a few garlic knots on the patio. Like all Seabreeze condos, the beach is just a short stroll away which really makes owning one of these units a real bargain.
