A quiet and secluded Marco Island neighborhood. Direct water access from private boat docks to Caxambas Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Ten Thousand Islands. An inland, midrise condo with a residential feel. That is Marguerita Club. In fact, Marco Island Condo Girl suggests that Marguerita Club is a wonderful place to stay if you want to feel like an islander rather than a tourist. Marguerita Club looks like home and it feels like home. You’ll agree when you arrive at 904 Huron Court on the south end of Marco Island. And you will agree both during and after your stay.
We realize that many people are not looking for a resort; they are looking for a rest. It that pretty much describes you, then Marguerita Club pretty much suits you. People tell us that they can faintly see the word R-E-L-A-X spelled out across the front of our five-story buildings. It’s not really there. Psychologists tell us that it’s just something called “the oasis effect.” We just feel that we should warn you ahead of time. The word is not there, but the relaxing is here.
In addition to you relaxing condo, you will appreciate the tranquility of our atrium garden and enjoy a little bit of shuteye at poolside after your morning or evening swim. The air is always filled with the refreshing feeling of a clear Gulf of Mexico breeze. Whether you walk, drive, or boat to another part of the island for the day, we always have a beautiful Marco Island sunset waiting at the end of the day. Whether you watch if from your patio, from our manicured lawn, or from the beach only two blocks away, you will agree that night after night, the Marco Island sunsets are consistently the best in all of Florida.
If you have brought your boat, you will enjoy the convenient access to the pristine Ten Thousand Islands that are practically your neighbors. Each day afloat through the islands is as unique as those sunsets we mentioned. Whether you are out to enjoy the natural beauty of the islands or to do some bird watching or wildlife observing, each trip is a treasure unto itself. We love it here. We think that you will too. We welcome rentals up to three months and we are pet-friendly. Contact the Boyle Team for more information.
