Golf Condos
All of the 2,463 square foot (under air) Borghese Villas have views of the golf course. The three-story, tile-roofed buildings have one three-bedroom/ two-and-one-half bath unit per floor, accessible by elevator. Each unit has an attached, two-car garage. Borghese Villas were built in 2005.
The Rialto neighborhood features 88 carriage homes that were constructed in 2003. Each Mediterranean-style building house four condos on two floors, each with their own, attached, two-car garage. Units range from 1,836 to 2,455 square feet. All are either three-bedroom or three-bedroom plus den. Private elevators are available with some second-story units. Cinder block construction and hurricane-resistant windows add to the safety of the Rialto homes.

Aversana, the original Hammock Bay high-rise, was constructed in 2004. The 20-story building houses 110 condos and three penthouses, with six residences per floor. Aversana residences enjoy their own, exclusive resort-style pool and spa. The elegantly-appointed building features a grand salon and a social room. A concierge service provides personal assistance for all residents of Aversana. Each unit comes with two reserved underground parking spaces.
Aversana homes range in size from 2,346 to 2,800 square feet, graced with large balconies. The size of the units in Serano is more modest, with six different floor plans ranging from 1,675 to 2,174 square feet. Homes are available with two or three bedrooms and two, two-and-one-half, three, and three-and-one-half baths. Each condo has a reserved covered parking space.
Serano amenities include a fitness center with sauna, stylish heated pool and spa with a formal garden, a grand salon, social rooms, and a movie theater. Ornate fountains add a distinct charm to the entire Serano property.
The newest addition to the Hammock Bay community is the Lesina, a 21-story high-rise built in 2007. Condo homes range in size from 2,300 to 2,800 square feet. All six Lesina floor plans are three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath and feature private elevator lobbies. Homeowners enjoy two reserved, covered parking spaces.
