Briarwood is an established community in a convenient location in Naples. The gated and guarded entrance is on the east side of Livingston Road about 0.6 of a mile south of Golden Gate Parkway, making access from Exit 105 on I-75. A second gated entrance is on Radio Road at the southern end of Briarwood.
Construction began in the Briarwood community in 1991. The community is a mix of single-family luxury homes and condos. The mix includes 105 two-bedroom homes, 99 three-bedroom homes, 11 four-bedroom homes, and four homes with five or more bedrooms. There are only five one-bedroom homes in the entire community. The Grand Regency model is the smallest of the Titan homes, and it includes a 170 square foot, covered lanai and an optional cabana with a summer kitchen on the tile pool deck.
