Briarwood is an established community in a convenient location in Naples. The gated and guarded entrance is on the east side of Livingston Road about 0.6 of a mile south of Golden Gate Parkway, making access from Exit 105 on I-75. A second gated entrance is on Radio Road at the southern end of Briarwood.

Construction began in the Briarwood community in 1991. The community is a mix of single-family luxury homes and condos. The mix includes 105 two-bedroom homes, 99 three-bedroom homes, 11 four-bedroom homes, and four homes with five or more bedrooms. There are only five one-bedroom homes in the entire community. The Grand Regency model is the smallest of the Titan homes, and it includes a 170 square foot, covered lanai and an optional cabana with a summer kitchen on the tile pool deck. The great room/ split bedroom plan also adds a morning room overlooking the pool. The master suite has direct access to the pool deck.

The Grand Venetian is a three-bedroom, three bathroom design with 2,281 square feet under air and a total of 3,087 square feet in a courtyard design for both the entry and the pool deck. The Granada is a courtyard style three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in what might be called an upgraded version of the Grand Venetian.

The deluxe Valencia model features four bedrooms and three bathrooms within 3,002 square feet. This exquisite design adds a study, a large master suite with a double door entry, sitting area, a formal dining room, a parlor, a dinette with a curved, 90° sector window overlooking the screened lanai.

Schools

Since a quarter of the inhabitants of Briarwood are children of school age, parents are typically pleased to learn that their kindergarten to fifth-grade students will attend Poinciana Elementary School on Airport-Pulling Road, their middle school students will attend grades five through eight at East Naples Middle School, and ninth through twelfth-graders will become Naples High School Golden Eagles. The Golden Eagles were high school baseball national champions in 1998 and 2009. NHS was recognized in 2015 as one of America’s Best High Schools by Newsweek magazine.
